The fall Leaven is full of news, from the commencement address of Sister Melanie DiPietro, S.C., to three new board members: Bishop John C. Iffert, Mary Jo Dressel and Dr. Linda L. Ritzer. The FCSLA Life contingent toured the Seminary’s distance learning center during a brief dedication ceremony. Reports on growing enrollment, as evidenced by the group photo on the cover, 15 new students, and faculty news are featured. Two new staff members arrived; the seminarians once again assisted at the Special Olympics at Antiochian Village as part of the pre-theologian formation program under the guidance of Dr. Larry Sutton; the Institute for Ministry Formations programs continued to grow and there was twelve pages of Seminary alumni news and notes.
