In addition to being Easter season, it is also the start of Ordination Season. From the Diocese of Erie and Anne-Marie Welsh comes this photo of Brandon Feikles and Michael Scanga, seminarians at Saint Vincent Seminary, who will be ordained to the diaconate this Saturday, April 13 by Bishop Lawrence Persico, a Seminary alumnus. The photo was taken by Anne-Marie at the Chrism Mass on Monday, March 25 at Saint Peter Cathedral, Erie.
They will be ordained to the diaconate at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Saint Mark Seminary Chapel, Erie. The public is invited to watch the event via livestream at www.youtube.com/@eriediocese/streams. The April 24 edition of the Diocese of EriE-news will include a story about the ordination.
